Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations help us keep every weekly route safe, reliable and fair.

Effective 27 September 2026
The important bits

Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. If we attend but cannot safely access or service the yard—including because of a locked gate or an unsafe dog—the full scheduled fee remains payable.

1. Our weekly service

Dogs Do Poo Too provides recurring dog-waste pickup services at the service address recorded in your booking. Regular pickups currently take place on Mondays. We may change the regular service day as routes develop, but we will notify affected customers. Arrival times are estimates and may change as we optimise the route.

Our standard weekly service is for normal residential yards and covers accessible outdoor areas up to approximately 1,000 m². Acreage, paddocks and larger service areas are not included unless we approve a separate arrangement in writing.

We complete a reasonable visual sweep for normal weekly dog-waste accumulation. Waste hidden by long grass, leaves, clutter, garden beds or inaccessible areas may not be found.

2. Pricing and service details

Your weekly price is based on the number of dogs and any selected add-ons. You must provide accurate details and tell us promptly if the number of dogs, property access or requested service changes.

If the yard has excessive accumulated waste, is unusually large, or differs materially from the information supplied, we may pause before starting and offer a separate initial-cleanup price. No additional charge will be applied without your agreement.

3. Free first pickup offer

The free-first-pickup offer is available once per household to new customers in our service area. It covers one standard residential pickup. If the yard requires a separate initial cleanup or is outside our standard service size, we will discuss that with you before any work or charge.

There is no minimum term and no obligation to continue after the free visit. If you choose to continue with weekly service, the regular weekly price applies from the next visit. We will confirm the service and payment arrangement with you before a paid visit.

4. Cancellations, skips and rescheduling

You must give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel, skip or request a change to a scheduled visit. If no arrival time has been provided, notice must be received at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled service day.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, the full scheduled service fee remains payable because the route position and staff time have been reserved. We may waive this charge in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

5. Safe and unobstructed access

You must ensure we can safely enter the service area at the scheduled visit. Gates must be unlocked or the current access code supplied, paths must be reasonably clear, and any hazards must be disclosed.

If we attend but cannot access the yard because of a locked gate, incorrect code, blocked entry, unsafe condition or another issue within your control, the visit will be treated as attended and the full scheduled fee remains payable.

6. Dogs and other animals

You must tell us about any known aggression, guarding, escape risk or other behaviour that may affect safety. Dogs must be secured away from the service area when requested.

Our team may refuse to enter or may stop work if a dog or other animal behaves aggressively, cannot be safely managed, or if the team member reasonably believes it is unsafe to continue. When we have attended but cannot perform or complete the service for this reason, the full scheduled fee remains payable. Repeated safety issues may result in the service being suspended or ended.

7. Gates, bins and property conditions

We take reasonable care to close gates after each visit and may send a completion or closed-gate photo. You remain responsible for ensuring fences, gates and latches are secure and in working order.

Your household general-waste bin must be accessible and have enough space for the collected waste. If the bin is full or inaccessible after the yard has been serviced, we may leave the securely bagged waste in a suitable location at the property.

8. Weather, emergencies and route changes

We may delay, move or cancel a visit where severe weather, extreme heat, fire danger, flooding, illness, vehicle problems or another event makes the service unsafe or impractical. If we cannot perform the service for a reason within our control, you will not be charged for an unperformed visit, or any payment already collected for that visit will be credited or refunded as appropriate.

9. Payments

No payment details are required to request the free first pickup. If you decide to continue, we will confirm your weekly payment method and when payment is due before a paid visit. Options we can arrange include direct debit, a card payment link or bank transfer. Any payment instructions or secure links will be sent separately; this website does not collect payment details. You must keep agreed payment details current and make payments when due. We may pause future visits while an account is overdue. A failed-payment fee may be passed on only where it is actually charged to us and has been disclosed to you.

10. Ending the ongoing service

There is no minimum term. You may end the weekly service by giving at least 48 hours' notice before the next scheduled paid visit. You may decide not to continue after the free first pickup without a fee. Amounts already due for paid visits, including valid late-cancellation or attended-but-unable-to-service charges, remain payable.

We may suspend or end the service for persistent non-payment, repeated access problems, unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour or serious breaches of these terms. Where practical, we will tell you what has happened and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue.

11. Photos and service records

We may take operational photos of gates, access points, the service area or completed work to confirm attendance, safety and completion. These records are used to manage your service and resolve questions. We will not use identifiable property photos for public marketing without permission.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. We will provide our services with due care and skill and within a reasonable time where no time has been agreed.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where reasonably necessary. We will provide reasonable notice of any material change before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retrospectively to completed services, and nothing in an update removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Contacting us

Questions, cancellations and service changes must be sent using the contact details in your booking confirmation or our most recent service message. Notice is received when it reaches us, not when it is sent.
